Why?
Because you get rusty very quickly…
For example, imagine you’ve returned from a long weekend and are straight into a sales call. During that call, you get hit with a hard objection. Your ability to respond to it confidently and instinctively is considerably better if you had a role-playing session earlier that day.
An easy method is to build a 20 to 30-minute session every morning before you start your day. Kind of like stretching before you play sports to ensure you are sharp.
